As we spring into May we have our first round of double point hoop content to share with you. This block will cover a series of basic skills and standing poses, intended to provide the building blocks of strong technique specifically utilising the double point rigging. Some of the shapes will be familiar to students currently working on a single point, some will be double point-specific. Our second block, due out in early autumn, will cover skills on top of the hoop, including some flipped hoop skills, so be sure to come back in September for more or check out our Double Point Hoop CPD course.
